Suman Subba on Emily Dickinson

emily's imagination knew no bounds, boundaries.

transcending the front doorbell, the porch where she mustve sat on nice nights,

the water tap running, her own four walls. At times, she mustve felt her imagination physically leap

into the amherst sky. one of the great marvellous things about emily is that that her words

and language read as if they were written today. emily does above all things, transcend

her time.
