Lone meals

I'm sitting here drawing-up your words out of strings of noodles. The cafeteria, busy as always- this place where words were launched from the depths of our souls. Or was it you who conjured them? Or perhaps it's the commotion here. A sentence followed by a bite. You and me, blissfully unaware- how unsuspecting of a hunger that had begun to lash beyond our palate.
