three dogs shorten a day

the day revolves around dogs and
a system like the black hole.
my colleague says it's like putting your hand through the black hole and writing behind a black screen. it strikes me this is what revolutionizing your newsrooms means. stick people into an obsolete 2002 program and expect them to live without the internet.
but my chhori and kalu and khairo keep me alive, punctuating mornings, afternoons and nights. and there are stolen moments in the canteen with a girl with light curls and honest eyes and a girl with the ability to see the good in everything.
