this anatomy

we're flesh and bones that hurts. frail things that hiss at the prick of a needle and reel when the solution passes through the veins, burning a steady fire.
we're flesh and bones that love while we forget it doesn't hurt.
we're also flesh and bones that love even when it hurts.

all of these are true. the last one has more truth.
