this new year's day, am saying prayers for a little more than the last.
this new year's day, am wishing for peace in the head and solace in the heart. this new year's day, am wishing for even just a quantum of strength to make the right decisions. this new year, a prayer that i learn to love with greater passion than i did in the one gone by. this day, i long for the ability to give away more of me to those around me and those i take for granted. this year, a little more energy to stand up and face the sun.
